The interface for the asset tag property local service.

Never modify or reference this interface directly. Always use AssetTagPropertyLocalServiceUtil to access the asset tag property local service. Add custom service methods to AssetTagPropertyLocalServiceImpl and rerun ServiceBuilder to automatically copy the method declarations to this interface.

This is a local service. Methods of this service will not have security checks based on the propagated JAAS credentials because this service can only be accessed from within the same VM.

Creates a new asset tag property with the primary key. Does not add the asset tag property to the database.
