The interface for the polls question local service.

Never modify or reference this interface directly. Always use PollsQuestionLocalServiceUtil to access the polls question local service. Add custom service methods to PollsQuestionLocalServiceImpl and rerun ServiceBuilder to automatically copy the method declarations to this interface.

This is a local service. Methods of this service will not have security checks based on the propagated JAAS credentials because this service can only be accessed from within the same VM.

Creates a new polls question with the primary key. Does not add the polls question to the database.

Parameters:
