The interface for the ratings stats local service.

Never modify or reference this interface directly. Always use RatingsStatsLocalServiceUtil to access the ratings stats local service. Add custom service methods to RatingsStatsLocalServiceImpl and rerun ServiceBuilder to automatically copy the method declarations to this interface.

This is a local service. Methods of this service will not have security checks based on the propagated JAAS credentials because this service can only be accessed from within the same VM.

Creates a new ratings stats with the primary key. Does not add the ratings stats to the database.
