The interface for the message boards ban local service.

This is a local service. Methods of this service will not have security checks based on the propagated JAAS credentials because this service can only be accessed from within the same VM.

Adds the message boards ban to the database. Also notifies the appropriate model listeners.

Parameters:

mbBan - the message boards ban

Returns:

the message boards ban that was added

Creates a new message boards ban with the primary key. Does not add the message boards ban to the database.

Parameters:

banId - the primary key for the new message boards ban
