The interface for the d d m structure link local service.

This is a local service. Methods of this service will not have security checks based on the propagated JAAS credentials because this service can only be accessed from within the same VM.

Creates a new d d m structure link with the primary key. Does not add the d d m structure link to the database.

end - the upper bound of the range of model instances (not inclusive)
