Caches the polls choice in the entity cache if it is enabled.

pollsChoice - the polls choice

PollsChoice create(long choiceId)

Creates a new polls choice with the primary key. Does not add the polls choice to the database.

Parameters:

choiceId - the primary key for the new polls choice
