Provides the local service interface for Organization. Methods of this service will not have security checks based on the propagated JAAS credentials because this service can only be accessed from within the same VM.

serviceContext - the service context to be applied (optionally null). Can set asset category IDs and asset tag names for the organization, and merge expando bridge attributes for the organization.
