Provides the local service interface for DLFileEntryMetadata. Methods of this service will not have security checks based on the propagated JAAS credentials because this service can only be accessed from within the same VM.

If orderByComparator is absent and pagination is required (start and end are not QueryUtil.ALL_POS), then the query will include the default ORDER BY logic from DLFileEntryMetadataModelImpl.
